בְּאֵ֣ין חָ֭זוֹן יִפָּ֣רַֽע עָ֑ם וְשֹׁמֵ֖ר תּוֹרָ֣ה אַשְׁרֵֽהוּ׃

Where there is no vision <02377>, the people <05971> perish <06544> (08735): but he that keepeth <08104> (08802) the law <08451>, happy <0835> is he.
