כִּֽי־הִמְר֥וּ אִמְרֵי־אֵ֑ל וַעֲצַ֖ת עֶלְי֣וֹן נָאָֽצוּ׃

Because they rebelled <04784> (08689) against the words <0561> of God <0410>, and contemned <05006> (08804) the counsel <06098> of the most High <05945>:
